In 2020 I had thriving business and made 6 figures working at a frenzied pace doing something I liked and did well.

My income was pretty much guaranteed, but that offered little comfort when I could feel the beginning stages of burnout.

Having already survived a harsh life lesson in the consequences of hustle mode (going going going until a viral condition turned full blown chronic and causing permanent damage to my body), I was a clear HELL NO to anything violating my energetic boundaries.

I retired, pivoted into coaching, removed hustle culture from of my body, and did the deep identity work required to step into my business in 2022 and beyond with more audacity, trust, joy and unfuckwithable freedom.

I found ways for business to work MY way, around my desired pace, family schedules, and emotional/physical/spiritual health.

Coming into entrepreneurship with doctoral training in trauma and a 4 year certification in somatics gave me an edge in business by providing me with the internal tools to uplevel my game FAST by working with my nervous system, not trying to override it with mindset alone.

This has helped me show up daily in consistent, joyous devotion even while life was tossing some reality bombs my way (Covid divorce, natural disasters and home evacuation, resurgence of PTSD and chronic illness) just to name a few of the more interesting events!

Because life never stops life-ing. Because you cannot make more money and create a life in alignment with your vision without expanding you capacity to receive it.

FAQ'S

We usually start with some movement work to get grounded in your body, then check in to see what’s coming up for you right now. Or maybe you come in with a particular area you know you’re getting stuck on. The calls are usually a combination between business strategy and getting to the root of where you’re not taking action or taking incomplete action.

You’ll be asked to have a roller, yoga mat, pillow and towel nearby if we need it for more intense body work.

We’ll meet on Tuesday afternoons at 1pm EST so that people in different time zones can come on the call. You’ll get the best results if you can join us live, but the calls will all be recorded in case you can’t.

I don’t sell quick fixes, AND I wholeheartedly believe that applying these skills and strategies WILL lead you to that outcome by helping you stay in the long game.

Our work will involve alchemizing your money stories and opening up blocks to receiving as well as having a magnetic presence that pulls in your F yes clients.

I run the Sovereign Business Accelerator once a year and Spring 2024 will be the next time I run it.

Before I came into the container, I was working on and off on the beginning stages of my healing business. I felt a lot of pressure to get things done and have specific outcomes or be in certain places, and I would feel like a failure for not being where parts of me believed I “should” be. It was important for me to receive support around resistance I was having in relation to increasing visibility of myself, fear of rejection, and overwhelm with all the pieces around building out a business. I became aware of sticky places within me that weren’t fully on board with moving forward in certain ways (e.g., challenges to receiving abundance). These days I am approaching my business with more ease, confidence and trust. I experience significantly less pressure or urgency. I’m giving myself permission to move intuitively and feel less concerned with how things “should” look. I feel really proud of the work I’ve done thus far, and feel increasingly able to hold space for the parts of me that get activated as I move forward on my path.
